Should you recieve anything that is not to your satisfaction please do let us know immediately.

If it broke in transit - we will replace (and ship it to you) free of charge
If it is a product defect - we will do our best to get it exchanged for you as fast as possible
If it breaks within the product warrantee period - we will help you claim the warrantee repair/replacement unit
If you already have the item (ie a gift) we will gladly exchange it for something else of equal value or a gift voucher

Please note that returns can only be accepted if the packaging is in its original, undamaged state within 2 weeks of reciept
